Garlic scapes are the flower shoot of the garlic plant.Scapes are cut as soon as they are produced in order to allow the garlic plant to send more energy down to the bulb, increasing the size of the bulb. Garlic scapes are considered a delicacy in many countries, including China and Korea.

Storage: Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator. They last a long, long time!
